Experience culinary delights up close, because from October our Strandschuppen restaurant will be transformed into a small show kitchen on the first Saturday of every month. One chef, one dish - prepared right in front of you. There's something new every month so that nobody gets bored. Sometimes hearty, sometimes delicious - but always fresh, tasty and with a real Strandschuppen feeling. The price? Depends on the dish.
Our dish in April:
Penne with salmon and cream sauce
Tender pieces of salmon in a creamy cream sauce, served with penne and a hint of dill.
