Skate
Festival
Skating and Bretterbude go together like a glove!
That's why we're inviting you to our first skate festival this year in cooperation with our long-standing partner skate-aid.
Who is skate-aid?
skate-aid stands for a holistic, self-determined approach to supporting young people in the context of youth welfare, sport, culture and international understanding. Our mission: We make children strong! Ever since skateboarding pioneer Titus Dittmann founded skate-aid in 2009, we have been utilising the educational power of skateboarding in our projects around the world. It gives children and young people meaningful and identity-forming freedom during their orientation phase and helps them to develop into strong individuals on the basis of self-determination and intrinsic motivation. In this way, skate-aid provides sustainable socialisation, prevention and peace work where social grievances and difficult living conditions endanger young people and hinder their development.
In a nutshell: skating for a good cause ;)

Lace up your shoes, get your helmet and protectors from our coaches and then get on the board!
Whether it's your first time on the board or you can already do a trick or two perfectly - there's something for everyone here.
Try yourself out! Surpass yourself and, above all, get up again! Skating is fun and that's what it's all about today.
And if you already feel confident, then it's off to our mini ramp.
As a little highlight, there's a cool fun contest in the afternoon - no registration required, just get going.
Our creative minds can also really let off steam today: Design your own deck to your heart's content.
Food and drink will of course also be provided.
Where? The pier forecourt
In the evening you can expect a great performance by the band KOJAK at around 20:30 in the garage.
