You don't fancy a hotel and would rather cater for yourself? No problem, we also have XL Butzen, where you'll find everything you need for your holiday on just under 85 m².

On the first floor is the well-equipped kitchen, the guest toilet and 1 living/dining room combination with a balcony overlooking the promenade. New at the start: our fresh sofa beds - either one adult or two kids can sleep comfortably on them. On the top floor, in addition to the fantastic view, all XL apartments have 1 bedroom with sea view and balcony. Two XL slippers have a 2nd bedroom with a double bed, in the other two you can easily expand the guest list to up to 6 people, as 4 of them sleep here in the 2nd bedroom in double bunks.

The XL bunks are located in an adjoining building, right next to the wooden hut and can be reached via an external staircase. So don't worry if you don't feel like cooking, just pop into the beach shed.

Please note:
This hut can only be reached via a staircase - unfortunately there is no lift here.


By the way... the wellness area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation rooms is included in the room rate. Massages and treatments can be booked at the Beach Motel next door for an extra charge .
