On the first floor is the well-equipped kitchen, the guest toilet and 1 living/dining room combination with a balcony overlooking the promenade. On the top floor, in addition to the fantastic view, you will find 1 bedroom with sea view and balcony in all XL flats. Two XL slugs have a 2nd bedroom with a double bed, in the other two you can easily expand the guest list to up to 6 people, as 4 of them sleep in the 2nd bedroom in double bunks.

The XL bunks are located in an adjoining building, right next to the wooden hut and can be reached via an external staircase. So don't worry, if you don't feel like cooking, just pop into the beach shed.
