Free your mind!

Kitesurfing is actually possible everywhere in and around Heiligenhafen - except, of course, in the bathing areas. The official kite beach is right in front of the board shack: the bathing zone is to the left of the pier, with plenty of space to let off steam on the right!

The inland lake is only open to sailors and SUPs. To the west, behind the bathing area, you can go kitesurfing. When the wind is strong, there are really good waves there! Ask at the Plank what the best spot is for the day.
